University Offers Three Years Research Programmes In Different Subjects in Interdisciplinary Areas Leading To the Degree of Doctor of Philosophy. A Candidates Shall Ordinary Work In A Recognized Place of Research Including the University Department and Research Institutes Recognized By the University under the Supervision of a Research Guide Recognized. The Rules Regarding Eligibility, Registration, Supervision, Submission and Evaluation of Thesis, Viva Voce and Defence of Thesis Shall Be As Follows: By the University.

For admission to the Ph.D. program in a subject in any faculty, applicants fulfilling the following criteria shall be treated as eligible.

A: Person Having Passed Post Graduate Degree Examination with At Least 55% Marks or Having Grade Equivalent Thereto Awarded By the Concerned University.

B: Those Belonging To Reserve Category Are Eligible At 50%.

Submit The Following Document Along With the Application Form.

A: 10th, 12th, UG & PG Certificates & Mark Sheet Certified Copies, and 4 Photographs, Aadhar Card, Migration Certificate.

B: The student Is Expected To Bring A Hand Written Research Proposal Of 2 To 4 Pages With Details Like Purpose Of Study, Hypothesis, Methodology Etc. (Question Paper Is Objective Type.)

Important Note: Scholar May Deposit Registration Fees Rs. 2000/- Along with 1st Instalment Rs. 3000/- Through NEFT/RTGS/IMPS in University Account.

A: Publish 2 Research Papers In Oscar Academy.

B: Participate in Four Conferences Two of Which Should Be of International Nature and Two Of National. Scholar Is Expected To Present 2 Papers in Any of the Seminar and Submit The Print Copy at University.

C: To Do One Semester Course Work Visit University Campus and Attend Research Methodology, Computer Application, Quantitative Techniques, Research & Publishing Ethics.

D: Besides Class Lectures, Assignments I.e. Critical Review of Literature – Minimum of 10 Articles From Referred Journals with Issn Numbers, On The Topics Of His/ Her Research Work. Critical Review of Literature Minimum 5 Books/ Patents/journals, With Isbn Numbers.

E: Assignment Iii – Assignment of Research Methodology, Computer Application, Quantitative Technique, and Research and Publication Ethics from Given Topic.

One Semester Course Work Examination:-

  3. Quantitative Techniques – 100 Marks
  4. Research & Publication Ethics – 100 Marks
  5. Review Of Published Research Work (10 articles & 5 books) – 100 Marks 
  6. Assignment, Class Lectures & PPT – 100 Marks
  • Progress Report

    >> The Research Scholar Should Spend A Minimum Of 600 Hours With The Guide.
    >> A Yellow Dairy Given At Time Of Admission In Which The Progress Shall Be Recorded And Signed By The Guide.
    >> Six Monthly Progress Report Duly Filled & Signed By Scholar & Guide.

  • Thesis

    >> Soft Copy Of Thesis Shall Be Checked By Plagiarism Software By The University. First Time Plagiarism Free.
    >> 7 Hard Copies, 2 Cd (Soft Copy) Along With Copy Of Plagiarism Report Of Final Thesis About 250 Pages Should Be Submitted.

Apply For CET

> Submit Certified Copies Of All Mark Sheets From 10 Std To PG, Four Photographs, Aadhar, Card Fees, Prescribed In Prospectus And Register For CET.

Step 2

APPEAR CET

> Appear For CET. Passing Criteria: Score Should Be 50% And Above.

Step 3

COURSES WORK

> One Semester Coursework In Blended Mode (Online Sessions, Off-Line Activities At Campus).

Step 4

DR [ AFTER 12 MONTHS/ ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF REGISTRATION]

> After Successful Completion Of Course work, Written Examination, Assignments, Critical Review DRC Will Be Conducted, And Topic Will Be Finalised.

Step 5

CONFERENCE/ SEMINAR

>  Participation In Four Conferences (2 International And 2 National Level)

> Presentation In Seminar: 2 Papers In Any Of The Two Seminars.

Step 6

PUBLICATION

> Two Research Papers in ISSN , Referred Journals.

Step 7

SUMMARY

> Within 28 Months From Your Registration Date, Summary In Prescribed Format Should Be Submitted.

Step 8

PLAGIARISM CHECK

>  After 28 Months, Submission Of Summery, Send Your Thesis As Per Annexure D In Prospectus For Plagiarism Check.

Step 9

PRETHESIS PPT PRSENTATION

> Once You Get Report Thesis Ok' And Plagiarism Less Than 10 %, You Will Be Eligible For Parenthesis PPT Presentations. Submit The Documents As Per Checklist Given In Prospectus And Get Ready For Parenthesis Ppt Presentation.

Step 10

THESIS SUBMISSION

> After Successful Completion Of Pre- Thesis Viva, Submit 7 Hard Copies And 2 Soft Copies With Seal And Signature Of Supervisor.

Step 11

THESIS EVALUATION

> After Successful Completion Of Pre- Thesis Viva, Submission Of Thesis, It Will Be Sent To Four Experts For Evaluation.

Step 12

FINAL VIVA VOCE

> After Receiving Positive Reports From Experts Scholar Will Be Called For Final Viva- Voce. Scholar Has To Present His/ Her Thesis.

Step 13

PROVISIONAL DEGREE

> After Successful Completion Of Final Viva, Scholar Will Be Awarded Provisional Certificate of PH.D.

Step 14

CONVOCATION

> At Convocation Ceremony, Scholar Will Be Awarded Ph.D. Degree.
