Eligibility / Duration

Candidates who meet the below-mentioned parameters fulfil the eligibility criteria for M.Ed:

• Candidates should clear B.Ed  from a recognized college/ university.
• Candidates should clear BEd with an aggregate of 50% - 60% depending on the college/university the candidate is applying to. 
• Candidates possessing  BElEd (Bachelor of Elementary Education) or BA-BEd/ BSC-BEd degree are sometimes also eligible to apply.
• Additional weightage is sometimes given to candidates possessing a postgraduate degree in Sciences/ Social Sciences/ Humanities, teaching experience, and experience working in the State Board of Secondary and Senior Secondary Education or Directorate/ Inspectors of Education in the states
• 5% relaxation is given to the students belonging to unreserved categories.

Students having CUET scores will be given preference in merit.
